Orders to be shipped within the United States can be placed from 9:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m EST by phone, fax, e-mail, or through our web site to download the order form by click here. Customer Service Representatives are available between 10:00 am to 3:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, to take your order. No minimum order quantity is required.
